Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup kiwi sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup orange slices
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: honey-yogurt dip 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, dash of vanilla

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  2. Choose a large platter or board.
  3. Arrange fruits by color: red to orange to green to blue/purple.
  4. Add dimension by gently stacking or overlapping fruits.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits like mango or peaches for variation.
Add nuts, cheese, or dried fruits for extra flair.
