  • 1 cup heavy cream Double cream if you’re UK-based.
  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk About 7 ounces.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, but recommended.

  1. Peel and chop the ripe mangos, then blend them until smooth to create a puree.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mango puree with heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze it overnight.
  4. The next day, scoop and enjoy your homemade mango ice cream!

Notes

For best results, chill your mixing bowl and beaters to whip the cream faster and fluffier. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping to make it easier. You can also add lime for extra flavor.
